- Problem

- My role
- Leading the consolidation project, implementing ExFlow as a single unified platform.
- Outcome
- In progress, one platform doing OCR capture and invoice processing together, replacing the old two-ISV setup.

Sana Commerce Integration
- Problem
- No governed eCommerce channel existed that was tied directly to ERP data.

- ~30% improvement in fulfilment efficiency, with picking tailored to real operational needs.

- A manual second packing/despatch step duplicated work already available in D365, slowing fulfilment.

YKora: Personal Wealth Management App
- Problem
- Seven separate accounts, mortgage, investments, income, marketplace sales, PayPal and retirement funds, with no single place to see the full financial picture.
- My role
- Designed and built the entire app independently using Claude Code, architected around a zero-trust security model.
- Outcome
- One place to track and query all seven accounts, with natural-language questions answered instantly, e.g. “what was my phone bill six months ago, and what changed?”
What I did
- Built the core app in Claude Code with a Cloudflare D1 database as the secure data layer
- Integrated all 7 account sources into one view
- Added an alarm-style task reminder feature synced to Google Calendar, shared with his wife
- Extended with Telegram and WhatsApp bots for natural-language queries, anomaly detection and scheduled check-ins
Personalised AI Diet & Nutrition Planner
- Problem
- Generic diet plans don’t account for personal calorie and protein needs, or real day-to-day activity.
- My role
- Designed and built independently, sourcing evidence-based guidance from longevity experts.

- A full monthly diet plan broken down day by day, down to exact ingredient quantities, refreshable on demand with a single instruction.
